The recent changes Atom feed has a bug: entries are given <id>s  
according to the page URL. This is a spec violation whenever there is  
more than one change to a page in the feed:

"The content of an atom:id element MUST be created in a way that  
assures uniqueness."

Furthermore, it causes my feed reader to

   - consider every page deletion (for example) to be an update to an  
old entry, and not a new recent entry;

   - show only one of the recent changes to any given page.

The IDs should instead be derived from the specific versions/changes/ 
events for each page.
