Well, after banging on it a bit, the patch is in there and running. 
However, changes to pages such as the blocked IP address log still don't 
have different IDs.

So for the regular pages, it is now generating IDs like this:


/w/index.php?title=Sandbox&curid=1497&diff=1972&oldid=1922

Whoops, is that right?  Should there be the full URL in there, like these:

http://wiki.erights.org/wiki/Special:Log/block
