[e-lang] wiki.erights.org - scheduled downtime

Hello folks,

My company will be moving this weekend, and so the server running 
wiki.erights.org will be moving too.

The IP address will be changing as well (we're getting a T-1, yay!) but 
I don't have the new IP address selected yet.

The server will be down starting around 9am CST Friday morning, July 
27th.  If things go smoothly, the server should be back up at the new IP 
address by Sunday evening.

I'll send out another e-mail with the new IP address when I know what it 
will be.

On a related note, I haven't implemented the catchpa mechanism discussed 
previously.

A slightly higher priority is to move the wiki to a newer, faster 
machine which will hopefully be more reliable.

I can't commit to when either of those tasks will be done, it's been a 
very busy summer so far... and the summer's not over yet.
