There doesn't appear to be. It's not hugely in-depth; it's a language series
that appears to be going through the alphabet!  C, D, then E.  It didn't
really mention any capability concepts, but it did describe E as a way of
easily creating distributed applications, and avoiding deadlocks using the
promise architecture.

The editor (Nick Veitch) is a good guy.  I'm pretty sure they could get you
a copy of it.  If you're interested and can't get hold of a copy, I can type
it up - it's not  long.
