[e-lang] multiway when-catch

Hi Mark,

Yes, I have always intended to get back to it. I stopped in frustration due to lack of forward progress with integration with Squeak. I thought it over and this is what I came up with. Break Macros and protect primitive calls made with Promises. We'll see how much I can accomplish this time.

That is the correct webpage and I just updated it with a need for the Miranda protocol.

cheers,
Rob

That's all I can think of.

Rob, I'm really excited to see you revive this work!

  At http://wiki.erights.org/wiki/Object-capability_languages
  I've added a link to http://wiki.squeak.org/squeak/6011
  Is this the right URL?
