[e-lang] Asynchronous control flow shortcuts

Long time ago I have posted about possible additional asynchronous
control flow operators. Basing on AsyncObjects experience, I have
updated the proposal and posted it e-rights wiki in order not to loose
this proposal again. See

I'm not completely sure where such things should be posted. On one
hand it is enhancement request, on other hand wiki provides better
facilities for text modification, formatting, and discussion then bug
tracking systems. So there should be possibly a category in the wiki
for language features under discussion.
