[e-lang] Wiki canonical address problem

Fixed.  This is from the move... I had to change the server name in the 
httpd.conf file so that I could test the wiki... but it was a week or so 
before the CNAME got pointed to the new IP address.   And by then I had 
forgotten to change the server name back.

Let me know if there are any problems.
