[e-lang] kEIO is now in version control

I've imported the existing versions of kEIO into the same repository  
as E-on-CL, so you can now check out kEIO from:

   svn://www.slimy.com/cl-e/keio/trunk

This includes updates for modern E syntax, FQNs, etc. that I hadn't  
previously released. I hope to now get around to updating kEIO to  
match the new EIO design implemented in E-on-CL.

kEIO is an implementation of the EIO stream concepts written in E,  
and runs on E-on-Java.
