You might want to try looking at the BlueJ debugging
tools. Its been a couple of years since I looked at
either BlueJ or Causeway, but I recall thinking that
earlier versions of Causeway might benefit from the
BlueJ debugger approach - since many programmers will
effectively be novices when it comes to developing
and debugging asynchronous message-passing programs.
