A semi-related question: is there any exposed way to construct a
SturdyRef from its object-level components (List[search-path-
component], String, Integer) rather than by way of a String? This is
particularly relevant to the same-machine-connection search-path-
includes-authority-to-connect-over-this-transport design, since
strings can't express all such authorities.
