[e-lang] Why is javax.swing.ActionEvent.getActionCommand() suppressed? (and a CapDesk bug)

Thanks for filing this. It's a nasty hole. You also observed that it
will normally only return a file, but if you navigate to a directory
and *then* cancel, it will provide access to the entire directory.
