The problem with pwdhash is that there's no way to change just one password.  Some financial sites make me change my password once a year.  With SitePassword, http://www.hpl.hp.com/personal/Alan_Karp/site_password/index.html, I just change the petname for the site.  I can also run the calculator from any Windows machine.  Finally, I prefer having the calculator in a separate process, because it should be less vulnerable to browser bugs.
