[e-lang] Causeway support for AmbientTalk

Hi all,

I just wanted to share with the E community that AmbientTalk (also a
communicating event loop language, directly influenced by E) now also
supports Terry Stanley's Causeway debugger. I wrote up a small tutorial on
how to use Causeway in AmbientTalk, which I think might be useful for those
with a general interest in Causeway:
