[e-lang] svn.synchrona.org down, please fix

The svn server is offline at the moment. I had a hardware failure and am
working on a replacement.  I believe that no data has been lost.  I'll let
eveyrone know when the server is back up.  Kevin also mentioned the prospect
of getting an SVN mirror, which seems like a fine idea.
