[e-lang] svn.synchrona.org down, please fix

Just an update: I'm still working on this. I had thought the problem was the
machine, but it looks like the main disk has actually gotten flaky.  I do
have a current repository backup (thank you Eric Northup!). I expect to get
a new disk/machine setup this evening.

In parallel, I'm interested in mirrors, and am talking to someone who can
help get a hosted setup.
