[e-lang] deSubgraphKit bug: unscope can specify temps (please confirm)

Also, the current implementation treats null values as equivalent to  
absent ones. Should this also be stopped?

(Note to self: Whatever the resolution, I should WRITE SPECIFICATION  
TESTS for them -- this is the kind of subtlety that is easily forgotten)
