Guido van Rossum is interested. Maybe the secret to getting GvR<br>
interested in such things is to keep the word "capability" out of<br>
it? He worked with Tanenbaum on Amoeba in his youth. Amoeba was a<br>
password-capability distributed operating system. [1]<br>

Anyway, Mark Seaborn should offer his CapPython (possibly quickly<br>
renamed "SecPython" :-)) as a solution to this challenge.<br>
