*Draft* DIMSUM architecture paper available

Follow the link to the eniac 2000 page.  The architecture paper is
available as both postscript and HTML.  If you're not mosaic enabled,
the postscript can also be obtained by anonymous FTP from
cobra.cis.upenn.edu in

	pub/eniac2k/dimsum-arch.ps.gz

This is only a draft.  There are several things wrong with it, but
it's far enough along that I would like your feedback on it.

One gaping whole in this revision is that it does not describe how
core space allocation is handled.  I have a tentative solution to that
which I will send out mail about later.

Another thing that's missing is that I have not tried to deal with
co-authorship, mostly because I'm not really sure where to draw the
line.  I'ld appreciate your input on that too.
