Looks like disposition-notification-to is what mozilla-mail (which was
once
based on Eudora) uses.  Deja provided a discussion archived at

which did not include a comprehensive list, but did suggest asking
contacting an IETF working group on SMTP notifications at
notifications@cs.utk.edu.

It's a MUA implementation question as well as a mailing list admin
question;
This sort of comprehensive list is just the kind of trivium that Andrew
Starr
likes to be authoritative about; hopefully he will provide a definitive
list somewhere on www.emailman.com some time in the future.
