Here: <http://www.mediacity.com/~norm/CapTheory/Pixel/PCP.html> is a
windowing foundation that is compatible with security. It is not complete
but it solves some security problems that will be important to some. It
needs to be expanded to include mouse and keyboard input.

At <http://www.mediacity.com/~norm/CapTheory/Pixel/DisplayWorry.html> is a
poor introduction to the problems that I am trying to solve.
