[EROS-Arch] SaveArea.h

SaveArea.h is a thin wrapper around fixregs.h, which is machine
generated.  Strictly speaking, you are right that it should probably
move.

fixregs.h needs to stay where it is, though.

This is low priority and should go into the bug database when we bring
it up tomorrow.
