[EROS-Arch] Installers

Somewhere I can't exactly track down now, someone compared a built-in
installer (e.g. RPM) with an executable installation script. Given that to
be flexible enough for real-world installations, an installation scripting
language probably needs to be Touring complete, there is not much
difference in exposure between the two approaches.

One significant advantage the built-in installer has is that it can act as
a trusted source of information about what changes the installation will
make. It can also include special warnings if an installation attempts to
change any of the parts of the system the installer depends on.

Cheers - Bill
