[eros-arch] Intel's Vanderpool virtualization hooks.

made after a few hours studying a new January document from Intel.
It would be possible to add hooks to the EROS kernel to make the new 
function available to domains (processes) and thereby allow user code 
support virtual x86's efficiently.
Bugs in the new kernel code and bugs in Intel's new function would 
impact everyone's TCB, however.
