  Removed:     domains/rangemgr constituents.h
  Log:
  The problem Mark was having was that he had mistakenly added
  constituents.h to the CVS repository. The stale one was coming back
  and was getting picked up in a #include, leading to a bad value for
  KC_RNGMGR.
  
  constituents.h should never have gone into the repository, as it is a
  generated file.
