I agree. For my own use I intend to migrate the current top state of my CVS tree into the new system and (hopefully) never look back. I'm therefore not inclined to worry much about conversion. Once we get a basic system working, it would be wonderful if somebody felt like undertaking to build a conversion script.
I'ld even be happy with one written in Perl :-)
