First let me say, for anyone who has wondered about the real status of E = as a language, it is pretty real. While markm was visiting me, I used E = to write 2 real though small programs and found only one bug, which was = a known bug. These were both uses of E for traditional purposes, i.e., = no concurrency or distributed mutual suspicion. But if, for example, I = had to choose E or Perl today to write a CGI script, I would choose E. =20
And unless I were Ping, if the choice were E vs Python, I would still = choose E :-)
