Sorry for the delay in responding to you. I have been desperately trying to get the last chapters of my dissertation done. In the course of that I've nailed down a couple of bugs that may be impacting you, but I have not had time to upload them yet.
In looking at the "output" you sent, it actually appears that things ran fine until the kernel actually went to start the process, at which point things went south quickly.
What happened is that in the course of making the changes for the FreeBSD compilation environment I added a preprocessor macro that broke the cross tools. There have been other fixes as well, but that's the major one.
I should be able to upload the fixes tonight.
