It should be called eros.make, and it should end up in $EROS_XENV/bin, which in most cases will be $EROS_ROOT/xenv/bin. You can then use eros.make to build the rest of the tree from eros/src/
bgonza: would you be kind enough to set your email agent to send only normal text to the mailing list? HTML messes up the automatic archiver.
