I recently downloaded eros, and have since then run all of the working tests/performance runs. I am quite intrigued by the idea of domains and would love to write some programs to run under eros...however I find having to compile from linux a major source of frustration.
So, I would like to enquire as to the status of Eros. I have looked through the source code to a fair degree, but am still confused as to the exact state of the system. It is obvious that a large proportion of the necessary code is there (although not necessarily working), but how much of a leap is it from the current state to one where there is perhaps a command line interface and compiler?
Also I noticed several references to Dionysix throughout makefiles and the like in the source tree. What is the status of that? Is it being developed seperately or has no work been done on it all?
Thanks,
theApe
