The bit about compiling the cross environment I've never quite understood (how to perform it I mean). On one of the web pages it said something like you had to set the EROS_HOSTENV to linux-xenv, and then you had to cd down to the xenv subdirectory and do a make install over there. However, no xenv subdirectory was installed on my hard disk during my previous CVS check out. I'll have another look at it right now...

Ah, apparently checkout eros does not download xenv. I think that a bit confusing since it was stated that "you may use [snip] checkout eros to fetch all the EROS packages in one command." Seemingly that's not true for xenv; but I'm running a checkout eros-xenv right now, and that seems to work.

I'll try to see if that works.
