I tried booting ztstflop in VMWare. It shows a lot of configuration messages and seems to crash after detecting the CPU type:

>Your cpu type is 5 (AuthenticAMD)
>Could not reserve log space for node
>current thread 0x01094e98 (Running) ctxt 0x01062000 (user) rsrv=0x0105c300
> uobj 0x00000018 cnt=0 0x0000000000001b01
>Stopped at 0x00105b14 0x105b14: movl %ebp,%esp
>kdb>

This may not be exactly accurate because I typed it in by hand, but it should give the general idea. I also tried booting ztstflop normally and the same thing happened. Is this because AMD chips are not supported yet? What would it take to add AMD support?

What is a good way to start learning about EROS internals? Is the documentation up-to-date?
